About the Congress

The I International Congress on Water and Health will include a series of technical conferences that will address the thermalism sector from different perspectives.

The scientific program will treat thermalism from a multidisciplinary perspective, with the participation of renowned international experts.

In addition, special attention will be paid to the situation experienced by the sector in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, with a series of conferences that will present real cases and experiences of the sector.

International experts

The event has a large number of international experts who will offer their point of view and knowledge in the different panels that make up the International Congress on Water and Health.

Contents

The Congress will be divided into a series of thematic blocks that will deal with different Thermalism topics: Health, Medical Hydrology, Tourism and Thermal City experiences.

Hybrid event

The congress will feature interventions in mixed format (face-to-face and online). Follow-up by attendees can also be done in either of the two modalities.

Structure of the Congress

Conference dedicated to Health Tourism in times of COVID

Presentation of experiences and protocols by companies and institutions.
Discussion tables focused on reviving the sector.
Scientists from various countries will address the role of water as a resource hydrological and its therapeutic properties, as well as the latest news and research.

Scientific Session on Medical Hydrology, Hydrogeology, Water

Analysis of potential markets and trends in Thermal Tourism and Well-being worldwide; of examples of management models and development of tourist businesses based on the use of thermal waters, sea or common water; and presentations of projects aimed at sustainability energy and environmental in water circuit installations.

Tourism, Innovation and Sustainability Conference

Analysis of potential markets and trends in Thermal and Wellness Tourism worldwide; examples of tourism business management and development models based on the use of thermal waters, sea or common water; and presentations of projects aimed at energy and environmental sustainability in water circuit facilities.

Thermal Cities Experiences

Exhibition and exchange of experiences between cities whose urban, economic and social development revolves around its thermal resources, which serve as a motor to attract foreign visitors.
